READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS VACUUM CLEANER. Moving parts! Make sure power switch is in OFF (O) position before plugging in power cord. DUST CUP - Empty after each use Filter cover Press lever to release bottom lid. Debris will empty. Close bottom lid until it clicks. FILTER DCF21 - Clean or replace regularly, to maintain suction Filter DCF21 Empty cup. Pull back latch to lift off lid. Brush debris from filter, Pull out filter cover, cover and screen. Wash and filter and screen. dry thoroughly, as needed. Screen HEPA filter HF7 Rinse dust cup; dry thoroughly. Reinstall screen, filter and cover. Align lid at front; press down until lid snaps into place. HEPA FILTER HF7 - Replace within 6 months Lay cleaner flat, grasp cover and pull off. Lift out filter and replace.
