Long-Term Storage When you do not plan to use the device for several months, remove the batteries. Stored data is not lost when batteries are removed. Wipe the device with the damp cloth. 3. If necessary, use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the vent holes on the back of the device. 4. Thoroughly dry the device. Cleaning the Screen 1.
