Installation Instructions 7 TRANSFER FRESH FOOD DOOR HANDLE TO THE RIGHT (CONT.) Reinstalling the handle: Attach the handle to the right side of the door. Stainless steel handle: Attach the handle 2 to the fastener and tighten with the 3/32″ 1 Allen wrench (supplied). Line up the handle with the screw holes in the top of the door and tighten the screws. Plastic handle: Attach the handle 2 to the fastener and slide it down into 1 position. Line up the handle with the screw holes in the top of the door and tighten the screws. 8 TRANSFER FREEZER DOOR HANDLE TO THE RIGHT Stainless steel handle: Remove the two screws holding the handle to the bottom of the door. Loosen the set screw with the 3/32″ Allen wrench 2 3 (supplied) and remove the handle. Remove the handle Fastener fastener with the 3/16″ Allen wrench 1 (supplied). Transfer the fastener to the right side and move the GE badge to the left side of the freezer door. Remove the paper covering on the adhesive backing prior to attaching the badge to the door. Plastic handle: Remove the two screws holding the handle to the bottom Fastener 4 of the door. Slide the handle down on 3 the fastener and 2 remove the handle. Remove the handle fastener with the 3/16″ Allen wrench (supplied). Transfer 1 the fastener to the right side and move the GE badge to the left side of the freezer door. Remove the paper covering on the adhesive backing prior to attaching the badge to the door. Reinstalling the handle: Attach the handle to the right side of the door. Stainless steel handle: 1 Attach the handle to the fastener and tighten with the 3/32″ Allen wrench (supplied). Line up the handle with the screw holes in the bottom of the door 2 and tighten the screws. Plastic handle: 1 Attach the handle to the fastener and slide it up into position. Line up the handle with the screw holes in the bottom of the door and tighten the screws. 2 21
