10) M2A_CPU/M2P_SB (M.2 Socket 3 Connectors) The M.2 connectors on the motherboard support only M.2 PCIe SSDs. _3 U 80 110 80 M2A_CPU M2P_SB M2A_CPU connector: Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector. Step 1: Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screw on the heatsink. Step 2: Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle. Press down on the front end of the M.2 SSD. Remove the protective film from the thermal pad on the bottom of the heatsink. Then replace the heatsink and secure it to the original hole. M2P_SB connector: Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector. Step 1: Locate the proper mounting hole for the M.2 SSD to be installed and then install the M.2 EZ-Latch Plus clip first. Step 2: Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle.
