How to Use the Kettle w CAUTION Burn Hazard. Do not overfill kettle. Boiling water may spit out of the spout. 1. Press lid opening button to open lid. Add water. Do not fill above the MAX fill line or below the MIN fill line. 2. Push lid down to close. 3. Place the kettle on the base. 4. Plug into outlet. 5. Press ON/OFF switch down to turn on. Power light inside kettle and the power light will illuminate in blue while heating, then will shut off automatically when water has boiled. 6. Pour hot water. Unplug. NOTE: Only use kettle to heat water. If kettle is used to heat other liquids, such as coffee or tea, the warranty will be voided. 5
