PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION • Tighten jar nut on jar. • Make sure lid with filler cap is pushed down tightly on jar. • See ice crushing instructions in "Blending Tips" section. • Make sure enough liquid has been added. A minimum of 8 ounces (250 ml) is recommended. • Do not try to mash potatoes, mix stiff dough, whip egg whites, grind raw meat, or extract juices from fruits and vegetables. The blender is not made to perform these tasks. • If mixture is too thick, continue to add liquid until mixture is blended to desired consistency. • Loosen jar nut by holding jar and turning jar nut counterclockwise. • Place the blender jar on the base and turn the jar handle clockwise. 7
