It adds the ability to MUTE from the AB1.Press up to volume UP, Press Down to volume down. Tap to Mute. If you press volume up it unmutes. You need to press volume down for more than 0.25 of a second. This is the difference between mute and volume down. Also, the H/K zone 2 remote mute command now works on the AB1, it did not before. Bottom line is that the keypad is working correctly. The problem is that the manual has not been updated. The decision was made not to hold up production for the manual. So it is not documented correctly. 3/23/2007
