You can expand this memory to 160MB by replacing the 64MB of memory on the HP-GL/2 Accessory card with an optional 128MB memory upgrade (PN C2388A). In addition to this memory, the printer has a 6GB internal hard disk drive used as extended memory for HP-GL/2 rendering and print management.
