Complete system example
The following figure shows an example of a dual-controller, direct-connect enclosure configuration
with two servers accessing the storage.
Two servers are direct-connected to a dual-controller HP MSA 1040 array, which is in turn connected
to two dual-I/O module HP MSA 2040 6Gb 3.5” 12-drive enclosures using Mini-SAS to Mini-SAS
cables.
