maintain your hp psc print a self-test report If you are experiencing problems with printing, print a Self-Test Report before you replace the print cartridges. 1 Press and hold down Cancel. 2 Press Start Copy, Color. The HP PSC prints a Self-Test Report, which might indicate the source of any problems you might be having. Color blocks 3 Check the color blocks for streaking or white lines. - Missing color blocks might indicate that the tri-color print cartridge is out of ink. You might need to clean or replace your print cartridges. - Streaks might indicate clogged nozzles or dirty contacts. You might need to clean the print cartridges. Do not clean with alcohol.
