Remove the Phillips PM2.5×6.0 screw, WLAN module socket.

Remove the WLAN module: 1. Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables (1) from the terminals on the WLAN module. NOTE: The 1/black WLAN antenna cable is connected to the WLAN module 1/Main terminal. The 2/gray WLAN antenna cable is connected to the WLAN module 2/Aux terminal. 2. Remove the Phillips PM2.5×6.0 screw (2) that secures the WLAN module to the system board. (The WLAN module tilts up (3).) 3. Remove the WLAN module by pulling the module away from the slot at an angle (4). NOTE: The WLAN module is designed with a notch (5) to prevent incorrect installation into the WLAN module socket. NOTE: If the WLAN antennas are not connected to the terminals on the WLAN module, the protective sleeves must be installed on the antenna connectors, as shown in the following illustration. Remove the WLAN module:

Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables

from the terminals on the WLAN module.
NOTE:
The 1/black WLAN antenna cable is connected to the WLAN module 1/Main terminal.
