Probable Cause Indicates that the specified port has crashed unexpectedly and restarting attempts have failed. Recommended Power off and power on the blade using the slotPowerOff and slotPowerOn commands. On the Action Brocade 7500 or 7600, switch off and on all primary power in order to power-cycle the unit.
