Hardware Upgrades Gaining Access to the Thin Client System Board To install internal hardware options, the system board must be accessed. See the following sections to determine how to access the system board of your Thin Client. Å WARNING: Before accessing the system board, ensure that the Thin Client is turned off and that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet. ✎ The T1010 Thin Client is not flash or DRAM memory upgradeable. So, under these circumstances you would not need to access the T1010 system board. Accessing the T20 System Board Å WARNING: Before removing the side access panel, ensure that the Thin Client is turned off and that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet. To gain access to the T20 system board: 1. Press outward on the thumb latches 1. 2. Slide the panel back 2, as shown in the following illustration.
