Messages The following is a list of HCO messages that may appear on the printer's control panel HCO Messages Message Remedy Message typea HCO jam1 HCO jam 2 Refer to "Clearing an HCO paper jam" on page 26 to clear the jam. Paper jam message: Printing stops until the jam is cleared. HCO cover open Make sure the HCO cover is closed, the HCO Error message: Printing power switch is on, and the HCO is connected stops until the error is to the printer. cleared. Press clear. If the error code returns, call your HP service representative. 3. To continue printing without the HCO, disconnect the HCO interface cable and restart the printer.
