The feature or action cannot be completed at this time because: • The disc's software restricts it. • The disc's software does not support the feature (e.g., angles). • The feature is not available at the moment. • You have requested a title or chapter number that is out of range. Picture is distorted. • The disc may be damaged. Try another disc. • It is normal for some distortion to occur during forward and reverse scan. No forward or reverse scan. Some discs have sections that prohibit rapid scanning or title and chapter skip. IR sensor is not working. • Check the batteries in the remote. • Make sure that the remote sensor is not obstructed. • Make sure that the infrared transmitter is pointed toward the remote sensor. Disc will not play. • Insert the disc with the label side facing up. • Check the disc-type. This DVD player only plays DVDs, audio CDs and MP3s. Playback starts, but stops immediately. • This player is a Region 1 device. Check the regional code of the disc. If the regional codes do not match, the disc will not play. • The disc could be dirty.
