SYMPTOM PROBABLE CAUSE Bed not plugged in. Pendant not functioning. Cables. Full Electric Bed: Hi/Lo function does not work. Broken cable lock. Household fuse or breaker blown. Motors are not functioning. Hi/Lo Motor. Thermal Protection Activated. Troubleshooting SOLUTION Ensure power cord is plugged into power source. Ensure Pendant is correctly connected to junction box. Ensure Pendant cable not entangled/pinched. Ensure cables are not entangled/pinched. Call the dealer for repair/replacement of cables and/or motors. Call dealer to replace cable lock. Check household fuse/breaker box. Call dealer. Ensure cables are not entangled or pinched. Call dealer. Allow bed unit to sit for 30 minutes and retry. 1114836-H-05 45
