Electrical DANGER! Risk Of Shock Injury To avoid injury due to shock hazard, this product is equipped with three prong (grounding) plugs. It is the responsibility and obligation of the customer to contact a qualified electrician and have the two prong receptacle replaced with a properly grounded three prong receptacle that is in accordance with the National Electric Code where a two prong wall receptacle is encountered: - Use only a Underwriter Laboratory (UL) approved three prong extension cord having the same or higher electrical rating as the product being connected if you must use an extension cord. - DO NOT use three prong to two prong adapters.
