SPICE GRINDING TIPS Suggested Grinding Chart Spice/Nut Max. amount Suggested grinding time Black peppercorns 2 oz. Process for 25 seconds Cumin seeds 2 oz. Process for 30 seconds Whole allspice Szechuan peppercorns Coriander seeds 1.5 oz. 1 oz. 0.5 oz. Process for 25 seconds Process for 30 seconds Process for 10 seconds COFFEE GRINDER CARE 1. Always unplug Coffee Grinder before cleaning. 2. Remove the bowl and top cover. Wash in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry. Bowl and top cover can also be washed in the dishwasher (top rack only). After removing from the dishwasher, allow to cool before reassembling. 4. W ipe cord with warm, sudsy cloth; then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft cloth. 5. Reassemble your coffee grinder after cleaning. 3. Wipe the motor housing clean with a damp, soft cloth. NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not immerse the motor housing in water.
