When the framing marks turn green, press the Shutter button completely down. Framing marks NOTE: You can repeatedly press Display to turn on/off status icons, histogram, and framing grid. Using the framing marks to take pictures Framing marks indicate the camera focus area. In Auto mode (and in SCN modes designed for pictures of people), the camera attempts to focus on faces.
