JETVARNISH 3D One 19.7 File troubleshooting To avoid troubleshoot during printing and to be able to used fully the JETVARNISH 3D ONE. your printing file need to have some specifics features. You can see a summary of these features in this screen. 4 features are really important to avoid troubleshoot and use fully the JETVARNISH 3D ONE: • Image size • Colors • Bits per pixels • Resolution 19.7.1 Image size Size of image that you want to must be including between the smallest and the largest formats that the JETVARNISH 3D ONE can print. • 21.0 x 29.7 cm ≤ your image size ≤ 36.4 x 75.0 cm 19.7.2 Colors Color of image that you want to print must be grayscale to be recognized by the software. 19.7.3 Bits per pixels Bits per pixels of image that you want to print must be 8 bits to be able to put different thickness of varnish on the same print. 19.7.4 Resolution Resolution of image that you want to print must be 360 x 360 dpi without compression. If resolution is lower than 360 x 360 dpi your image will be stretch and if resolution is upper than 360 x 360 dpi your image will be squeezed. User Manual - 233 -
