The top 3mm area on both sides of a document, should have no printing. When the [White Level Follower] is selected, the color of this area must be the dropout color (color you want to remove) or the document's background color (white) . If the above cannnot be performed, turn the [White Level Follower] off before scanning. For the details on dropout color, please refer to section 3.5 Selecting a color to drop out.
