Using a Web Browser to Manage the IB-23 9/19 ページ The main items displayed on the System page are as follows. Item Emulation KIR Mode EcoPrint Mode Resolution Duplex Mode Copies Page Orientation Description Sets emulation for each interface. Smoothing from Kyocera Image Refinement (KIR) can be switched on and off. EcoPrint can be used to conserve toner and reduce printing costs. This feature can be switched on and off. By default, it is off. For designating the printing resolution. Switched duplex printing on and off. For designating the number of copies. For switching between printing in landscape and portrait mode. 4-2. Defaults > Media Input On the Media Input page, you can assign paper sizes and paper types to each cassette or tray for paper supply. Item Default Tray Size Type Description Determines the cassette for the default settings used in supplying paper. Shows the available cassettes. Any optional cassettes the printer is equipped with are also displayed. Shows the paper size for the selected cassette. Shows the paper type designated for the cassette or multi-purpose tray for paper supply. You can change paper type from the dropdown list. 4-3. Defaults > Document Output The Document Output Page is used to select the output tray. Item Default Paper Output Output Orientation Description Selects the tray that will output the paper. Shows the available output trays. Shows the orientation of the paper when it is ejected from the printer. The Face up setting ejects the paper with the printed surface facing up, and the Face down setting ejects the paper with the printed surface facing down. 4-4. Defaults > FRPO Parameters > I/F Independent The FRPO Parameters are a variety of printer settings that are stored in the internal memory of the printer. The I/F Independent Page of the FRPO Parameters is used to change the FRPO parameters that are common to all of the interfaces. Refer to the instruction manual of the printer for details on each of the parameters. 4-5. Defaults > FRPO Parameters > I/F Dependent The I/F Dependent Page of the FRPO Parameters is used to change interface-specific FRPO parameters for each of the interfaces. Refer to the instruction manual of the printer for details on each of the parameters. 4-6. Send Data > Printable Data This sends files directly to the IB-23 for printing.
