To perform a hard reset • Press and hold both buttons(Send+Volume Down) shown enclosed by circles in the picture below. Keep these keys pressed, and at the same time, press the POWER button on the right side of your device. And hold both buttons for a while (about 10 seconds). Calibrate the Device Calibrating the device screen involves tapping with the stylus the center of a cross as it moves around the screen. This process ensures that when you tap the screen with your stylus, the tapped item is activated. If your device does not accurately respond to screen taps, follow these steps to re-calibrate it: 1. To perform a hard reset

Calibrate the
Device
Calibrating the device screen involves
tapping with the stylus the center of
a cross as it moves around the screen.
This process ensures that when you
tap the screen with your stylus, the
tapped item is activated.
If your device does not accurately
respond to screen taps, follow these
steps to re-calibrate it:
