Installing the SIM card and battery Installing the SIM Card When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are provided with a SIM card loaded with your subscription details, such as your PIN, any optional services available and other subscriber information. 2 Remove the battery by using the fingertip cutout at the bottom of the battery compartment to lift it out. IMPORTANT! The SIM card can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Be careful when handling, inserting or removing the card. Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of small children. 3 Insert your SIM card with the label side facing up. 1 Open battery cover by sliding it upwards and lifting it up. 4 Insert your battery by aligning the battery contacts with the phone terminals and pressing it down. 7

upwards and lifting it up.
