5 Using the Logitech io Software All handwritten documents you download from the pen are placed in the My io Documents folder as .PEN files, which are viewable from the io Software application. From the software, you can select a document and pick from a list of Logitech io Actions to apply to it. The software also allows you to edit the document properties, such as the information in the ICR fields, keywords, and comments. You can also access your .PEN files from the My io Documents folder. To open this folder, double-click the My Documents folder on your Windows® Desktop. Then double-click the My io Documents folder. To continue working on a specific document, locate the file and double-click it. The document appears in the Logitech io Software. 6 Customizing the Logitech io Software Settings Using the Logitech io Software you can customize many features of the pen, such as the pen's download mode, export settings for documents, and ICR settings. Use the io Software's Preference settings to create rules that simplify the way you use the pen. Memory and battery level status can also be viewed from the io Software Control Panel.
