The availability of the multimedia controls is
dependent on the software you are using.
Volume Up, Volume Down, and Mute will
work with any audio software application.
Track/Seek Forward, Track/Seek Backward,

1. Connect the left speaker to the right
speaker using the audio cable.
2. Connect the USB cable on the right
speaker to an available USB port on
your computer.
These speakers deliver the best experience
possible via the limited power available from
a USB port. However, at some point, it is
possible to use all the power available from a
USB port. At high volumes, the speakers may
use up the maximum power from the USB
port — when this happens, you will notice
some distortion and the blue light on the
right speaker will flash off. Simply turn down
the volume slightly until the blue light
stays on.

For problems with your computer, consult the user’s guide that came with it.
Speakers produce weak or no sound.
• Is the power light on? Make sure the USB cable on the right speaker is plugged all the
way into the USB port on the computer and the computer is on.
One speaker doesn’t produce sound.
• Make sure the audio cable from the left speaker is plugged all the way into the jack on
the right speaker.
