TROUBLESHOOTING Check the following before requesting service: SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION No power Cannot use battery power AC Power cord had not connected The batteries was drained Connect the AC Cord to the rear of unit and any wall outlet having AC 120V~; 60Hz Replace by new batteries The AC Cord was inserted into the AC IN Jack Disconnect the AC Cord from the AC IN Jack No sound or sound weak Sound distortion CD not functioning BT not functioning Volume of the unit was set to minimum Increase the volume level by turning the position VOLUME Control Knob clockwise Volume level of paired/connected external Rise the volume level of the paired/connected Audio Player is in low level external Audio Player Volume level too high Reduce the volume level by turning the VOLUME Control Knob counterclockwise Volume level of the paired/connected external Reduce the volume level of the paired/connected Audio Player too high external Audio Player Audio Connection Cable was Disconnect the cable from AUX IN Jack inserted into the AUX IN Jack Disc is dirty or scratched Try other discs CD disc incorrect install Place the CD disc on the center spindle with printed side face up Audio Connection Cable was Disconnect the cable from AUX IN Jack inserted into the AUX IN Jack The external BT Device had NOT paired to the Pair the external BT Device to the unit unit as page 8 The external BT Device too far from the unit Place the external BT Device close to the unit Power Source: BT Version: Radio Frequency: Disc Compatible: Impedance of Speakers: Audio power: GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS AC 120 V~; 60 Hz; 14 W, Or DC 9 V; 6 x "C" size batteries (Not included) 2.1 AM: 535 - 1710 kHz FM: 87.5 - 108 MHz CD; CD-R; CD-RW 2 x 2 W; 8 Ω 1 W per Channel (Total 2W, RMS) 1 x Owner's Manual 1 x AC Power Cord ACCESSORIES SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCESSORIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE 10
