Viewing History You'll find the Call History feature very helpful. It is a list of the last 20 phone numbers (or Contacts entries) for calls you placed, accepted, or missed. Call History makes redialing a number fast and easy. It is continually updated as new numbers are added to the beginning of the list and the oldest entries are removed from the bottom of the list. Each entry contains the phone number (if it is available) or Contacts entry name (if the phone number is in your Contacts). Duplicate calls may only appear once on the Outgoing or Incoming calls list. To view a Call History entry: 1. Press r > Call History. 2. Scroll left or right to select Outgoing Calls, Incoming Calls, Missed Calls, Recent Calls (Outgoing, Incoming, or Missed Calls), or Erase History. Note: Call History only records calls that occur while the phone is turned on. If a call is received while your phone is turned off, it will not appear in the phone's Incoming Calls or Missed Calls logs. If you return a call from the voicemail menu, it will not appear in your phone's Outgoing Calls log. 66 Section 2E: Managing Call History
