MD7101 User Guide Phonebook Operations Your handset can store up to 50 numbers with names. Each memory location holds up to 32 digits for the number and 16 characters for the name. NOTES: If you have multiple handsets registered to your base unit, the handsets share a common phonebook stored in the base unit. This means that entries inserted by one handset are available to all system handsets, and if you delete a phonebook entry, it disappears from all of the handsets. Only one handset can access the phonebook at one time. If a second handset attempts to access the phonebook, NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME appears on the handset display. 16
