If you forget your security code, contact your service provider. lock side keys & touch sensitive buttons Note: When you lock the side keys, you can still use the volume keys to dismiss an incoming call. When your phone's flip is closed, you can lock the phone's side keys (see page 2) and touch sensitive buttons (see your Quick Start Guide). This prevents you from accidentally changing the Master Volume setting with the volume keys or activating the touch sensitive keys.
