If you are not in a conversation, enter the new screen name and press OK ( ). IM returns an error if it cannot verify the name on the server. To remove a name from your Contact List, highlight the name and press > Delete Contact. Setting an Alert for Offline Contacts To receive notification when someone logs into IM, highlight the name in your Contact List and press > Set Online Alert. Setting Your Busy Message If you are logged in to IM but not responding to new messages, you can set the busy indicator to display next to your name in everyone else's Contact List. From the IM Online menu, select My Status > Busy. To create or edit a busy message that is automatically sent to IM users attempting to contact you, select Busy Message form the IM Online menu. 46
