Using the phone Dialing from the directory 1. Press . 2. Press CID/ or / to scroll and select the entry you want to dial. 3. Press HOME or SPEAKER to dial the number. Dialing from the redial list 1. Press REDIAL, and then CID/ or / to scroll and select an entry you want to redial. 2. Press HOME or SPEAKER to dial the number. Dialing from the caller ID log 1. Press CID and then CID/ or / to select the entry you want to dial. 2. Press HOME or SPEAKER to dial the number. Making a cell call Predial Enter the phone number and then press CELL to dial the phone number. • If you have only one cell phone connected to the telephone base, it is automatically selected to make cell calls. • If you have two cell phones connected to the telephone base, the handset displays Select a device. Press CID/ or / to select a cell phone and then press SELECT. Direct dialing 1. Press CELL. The handset displays Select a device. • If you have only one cell phone connected to the telephone base, press SELECT to select the only device. • If you have two cell phones connected to the telephone base, press CID/ or / to select a cell phone and then press SELECT. 2. Enter the telephone number, and then press CELL to dial. • The handset displays Unable to call if your cell phone is in use. 23
