Instructions for MN2707 USA MAP DVD ROM 1. Connect Nextar MN2707 GPS to your PC with the USB cable it came with. 2. Turn on the GPS unit. 3. Insert the DVD to your PC. 4. If your PC has auto start, the installer will run automatically and the following screen will appear: 5. If your PC does not have auto start, right click on the DVD drive, click "open", then click on the "notice.exe" icon. 6. Fill out the requested fields and click "upgrade". (Note: The DVD serial number is located on the DVD label) 7. The program will automatically unzip and transfer all necessary files to your GPS. 8. Once the transfer is complete, the following notice will appear: Click "OK". 9. Disconnect the USB cable and reboot the GPS. 10. Follow the instruction prompt on the GPS screen to complete the map upgrade. ***IMPORTANT*** The final step of the upgrade process may take up to 50 minutes to complete. Please ensure there are no power interruptions to the GPS during this time.
