3. Basic use ■ Call functions To make a call, use your phone in the normal way. To redial the last dialed number, press the answer/end key twice. To activate voice dialing, press the answer/end key until you hear a voice dialing tone. For more information, see the user guide of your phone. Voice dialing is only available with phones that support this feature. Answer and end a call When you receive a call, the green indicator light blinks, and you hear a ringing tone through the handsfree. If the incoming call alert setting in your phone is off, no ringing tone is played through the handsfree. To answer a call, or to end the currently active call, press the answer/end key. You can also answer or end the call using the phone. Automatic answer If the automatic answer function is activated on the phone, the phone automatically answers the incoming call after a defined time period, and forwards it to the handsfree.
