HOW TO ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT If the pedals slip while you are pedaling, even while the resistance is adjusted to the highest level, the drive belt may need to be adjusted. To adjust the drive belt, first unplug the power adapter. Then, follow the steps below. Next, locate the M6 Nuts (81) on the right and left sides of the Flywheel (87) (only the right side is shown). Turn both Nuts clockwise until the Drive Belt (93) is tight. See assembly step 16 on page 13. Remove the Bracket Covers (28, 100) from the Right Pedal Arm (8). See assembly step 15 on page 13. Remove the Pedal Arm Covers (36, 101) from the Right Pedal Arm (8). See assembly step 9 on page 10. Detach the Right Pedal Arm (8) from the right Upper Body Leg (7). 93 81 See assembly step 8 on page 9. Detach the Right Pedal Arm (8) from the right Crank Arm (20). Set the Right Pedal Arm aside. 87 Next, identify the Right and Left Front Shields (77, 86) and the Right and Left Shields (60, 69). Remove all of the M4 x 18mm Screws (not shown) from the Right and Left Front Shields and from the Right and Left Shields. Then, slide the Lower Upright Cover (58) upward, and remove the Right Front Shield and the Right Shield. When the drive belt is properly adjusted, reattach all the parts that you removed. 60, 69 86 58 77 25
