Playing back You can play music files in a shared folder stored on each device by operating the unit. 1. Press the NET button. 2. Use the direction ( / / / ) buttons to select "Home Media" on the display and press the ENTER button. 3. Use the direction ( / ) buttons to select the server that you want to use and press the ENTER button. 0 You can check the server name of your PC from the PC properties. 0 To return to the previous display, press the RETURN button. 4. Use the direction ( / ) buttons to select the shared folder that you want to use and press the ENTER button. 5. When a user name and password are required, input the necessary account information. 0 For information on how to input characters, see "Inputting characters" under "Various settings". 0 After inputting the account information once, it is saved, so you will not need to input it the next time. 0 Use the account information set when you created the shared folder. 6. Press the direction ( / ) buttons to select the music file to play and press the ENTER button or playback (1) button. Playing starts. About basic operations You can also perform operations such as stopping or selecting a track with the stop (∫), pause (;), skip (:/9), and search (6/5) buttons. About repeat/random playback You can perform these operations with the REPEAT button and the RANDOM button. About information on the display If you press the DISPLAY button repeatedly during playback, you can switch the information on the display between various details, including the title and artist name.
