Reference lists and reports! Printed Reports You can print out the following lists and reports for your reference. Setup list: provides you with the current settings of the basic and advanced programming features (p. 52-56). Telephone number list: provides you with names and telephone numbers which are stored in one-touch dial and JOG DIAL. Journal report: keeps records of fax transmission and reception. This report will be printed automatically after every 30 fax communications (p. 29). Broadcast programming list: provides you with entries which are stored in the broadcast feature (p. 31). Printer test list: allows you to check the print quality of your unit. If the test print has a dirty pattern, or blurred points or lines, clean the inside of the unit (p. 69). If printing quality is still poor, replace the toner cartridge and drum unit. One-touch label card: provides you with names which are stored in the one-touch dial keys (p. 20). You can put the card in the one-touch dial location. 1 Press p repeatedly until the following is displayed. Display: PRINT REPORT MENU 2 Rotate n until the desired item is displayed.
