After that, it resumes the timer last selected source again. 2 To cancel the snooze function, press SNOOZE again. Listening to an external source You can listen to the sound of the connected external device through your system's speakers. Alternatively, you can use a "single to double" cinch cable, but the output sounds still remain monaural.. 2 Press AUX repeatedly. ➜ Select "AUX" when connecting to a TV, VCR or Laser Disc player. ➜ Select "AUX/CDR" when connecting to a CD recorder or DVD player. 3 Press PLAY on the connected device to start playback. Use the red/white audio cables to connect
the system’s
AUX/CDR IN (R/L)
terminals
to the AUDIO OUT terminals on the other
audio/visual device (such as a TV, VCR, Laser
Disc player, DVD player or CD recorder)
If the connecting device has only a a single
audio out terminal, connect it to the AUX/CDR
IN left terminal.
Alternatively, you can use a
“single to double” cinch cable, but the output
sounds still remain monaural..
