To adjust the neckband in size: ● Open the clip (S4) ● Move the slider (S5)up or downward on the earplug cable ● Fix your preferred length with the clip (S4) For optimal wearing comfort choose one of the three included rubber ear caps that best fits your ear and place it on the earplug. Troubleshooting Problem Bluetooth headset does not switch on. No connection to mobile phone. Mobile phone cannot find headset Redialing does not work. Voice dialing does not work. Possible cause Battery is very low. Solution Charge the battery. Bluetooth disabled. Headset may not be in pairing mode. (HS stays in pairing mode for 4 min.) Pairings may have been reset. Your mobile phone may not support this feature. Your mobile phone may not support this feature. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone and turn the HS on. Put HS in pairing mode as described above.
