6. Hold a Bolt Spacer (84) inside the lower end of the Left Upright (77). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (5) 6 with a 3/8" Star Washer (12) into the Left Upright and the Bolt Spacer. Repeat this step 5 77 with a second Bolt Spacer (84), 3/8" x 4" Bolt (5), and 3/8" Star Washer (12). Hold the Left Upright Spacer (82) and the Left 12 82 Upright (77) against the Base (60). Tighten the 84 3/8" x 4" Bolts (5) until the heads of the Bolts touch the Left Upright; do not fully tighten the Bolts yet. 84 60 With the help of a second person, tip the tread- mill so that the Base (60) is flat on the floor. 7. Identify the Left Handrail (101). Remove the tie from the bracket on the Left Handrail. Press the 7 Cage Nut (not shown) back into place, if neces- sary. Set the Left Handrail (101) on the Left Upright (77). Attach the Left Handrail with three 5/16" x 3/4" Bolts (4) and three 5/16" Star Washers (9); do not fully tighten the Bolts yet. 101 77 Tie 4 9 4 9
