Various Scan Settings Setting procedure of custom size when scanning part of an original This section explains how to set a custom size for scanning an area within an original. To scan part of the original, it is necessary to specify Original Size (X1 and Y1), Start Position (X2 and Y2), and Scan Area (X3 and Y3). Relationship of Original Size, Start Position, and Scan Size differs depending on the original orientation and set position.
