Wall 3 Use a hammer to insert the wall anchors (4) into the holes, then attach the base plate to the wall with the large screws (4). Wall Pedestal 2 Use an electric drill with a 5/16" drill bit to drill six holes that are 1.8 in. deep, then clean the holes.
