Adjusting the Monitor RTA • Normal • Wide • Normal - The screen is displayed in accordance with the screen aspect ratio of the input signals. • Wide - A full screen is displayed regardless of the screen aspect ratio of the input signals. Note • Signals not available in the standard mode table are not supported. • If the wide screen which is the optimal resolution for the monitor is set on your PC, this function is not performed. MENU MENU RTA (Response Time Accelerator) A function that accelerates the response speed of the panel so as to provide a sharper and more natural video display. • Off • Mode1 • Mode2 • Off - Deactivates the RTA function so that the panel operates at its original response speed. • Mode 1 - This mode is the optimal mode for watching movies. • Mode 2 - This mode is the optimal mode for still screens, such as using a word processor or surfing the internet. MENU → , → Note MENU • If you are not watching a movie, we recommend setting the mode to RTA Mode 1 or Off. 45
