Menu Functions SGH-N105 User Manual PIN Check When the PIN check feature is enabled, the phone requires a PIN number whenever the phone is turned On. The PIN is defaulted to "1234". If the incorrect PIN is entered, the phone will not power On. The following options are available: • Enable - You must enter a PIN each time the phone is turned On. • Disable - The phone power On normally without requesting a PIN. To access the PIN Check menu: 1. Press the "Menu" softkey. 2. Press "5" for "Settings". 3. Press "3" for "Security Settings". 4. Press "1" for "PIN Check". Change PIN This setting allows you to change the PIN number. The PIN feature must be enabled to access this option. A current PIN must be entered before it can be changed. To access the change PIN menu: 1. Press the "Menu" softkey. 2. Press "5" for "Settings". 3. Press "3" for "Security Settings" 4. Press "2" for "Change PIN". PIN Check
When the PIN check feature is enabled, the phone
requires a PIN number whenever the phone is
turned On. The PIN is defaulted to “1234”. If the
incorrect PIN is entered, the phone will not power
On.
The following options are available:
Enable - You must enter a PIN each time
the phone is turned On.
Disable - The phone power On normally
without requesting a PIN.
To access the PIN Check menu:
1.
Press the “Menu” softkey.
2.
Press “5” for “Settings”.
3.
Press “3” for “Security Settings”.
4.
Press “1” for “PIN Check”.
Change PIN
This setting allows you to change the PIN number.
The PIN feature must be enabled to access this
option. A current PIN must be entered before it
can be changed.
To access the change PIN menu:

Press the “Menu” softkey.

Press “5” for “Settings”.

Press “3” for “Security Settings”
4.
Press “2” for “Change PIN”.
