Shooting Functions Exposure compensation The camera automatically sets the exposure by measuring the levels of light from the photo's composition and the position of a subject. If the exposure set by the camera is higher or lower than you expected, you can adjust the exposure value manually. The exposure value is adjustable in ±3 increments. The camera displays the exposure warning in red for each step beyond ±3 range. To adjust the exposure value, press [f], and then select EV. You can also -2 +2 press [I] to select the exposure value and rotate the navigation button Original to adjust it. You can check the exposure value by the position of the exposure level indicator. Shooting Functions
The camera automatically sets the exposure by measuring the levels of
light from the photo’s composition and the position of a subject. If the
exposure set by the camera is higher or lower than you expected, you can
adjust the exposure value manually. The exposure value is adjustable in ±3
increments. The camera displays the exposure warning in red for each step
beyond ±3 range.
To adjust the exposure value, press [
f
], and then select
EV
. You can also
press [
I
] to select the exposure value and rotate the navigation button
to adjust it.
You can check the exposure value by the position of the exposure level
indicator.
