SCENE button ƈ Select the [Scene] submenu to automatically configure optimal settings, depending on the selected scene. ƈ If you change the camera mode, Macro (p.56), Flash (p.57), High speed shutter (p.49) and Drive mode settings (p.36) set in the Scene mode are changed to default setting automatically. To take a picture of a person. To take a picture of fast moving objects, for example, children. To take pictures of distant scenery. Close-up shooting for small objects such as plants and insects. Use this mode to shoot a document. For taking pictures of sunsets. Daybreak scenes. Portrait without shadows caused by backlight. Firework scenes. For ocean, lake, beach and snowscape scenes. INFORMATION ƃ When [Night], [Landscape], [Close up], [Text], [Sunset], [Dawn] and [Firework] scene mode are selected, it is possible that camera shake will occur.
