Tasks List Beam a Task via IR You can beam a task to another Pocket PC using the IR port. This operation requires that both users have the Pocket PC software. To beam a task: 1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen and select Programs. 2. Select Tasks. 3. Select the desired task to beam. 4. Tap Tools and select Beam Task. 5. Tap and hold on a task to access Beam Task option. 6. When the task is successfully transferred, OK appears in the display. Add a Note to a Task 1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen and select Programs. 2. Select Tasks. 3. Select the desired task from the task list. 4. Tap Edit. 5. Tap the Notes tab. 6. Beam a Task via IR
You can beam a task to another Pocket PC using the IR

Start

and select Programs.

Select the desired task to beam.
4.

Add a Note to a Task
1.
Tap
