Finding a Phonebook Entry 8. Tab through the options using the Right and Left Navigation keys to assign the Phonebook entry Group, Graphic, and Alert settings. 9. To use the entry options, press the Options soft key. The following options are available: • Send message: allows you to send a message to the selected number. • Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial number to the phone number you entered. For more information, see "Speed Dialing" on page 60. • Edit number: allows you to edit the number. • Edit Name: allows you to edit the name. • Delete entry: allows you to delete the name and number from Phonebook. You are asked to confirm that you wish to delete the name and number by pressing the Yes soft key. • Copy to SIM: allows you to copy the number to your SIM card. 10. To return to the Idle screen, press the key. Finding a Phonebook Entry You can store phone numbers and their corresponding names in your SIM card and phone's memories. They are physically separate but are used as a single entity, called Phonebook. Depending on your particular SIM card, the maximum number of phone numbers the SIM card can store may differ. 1.
