9. Connect Cables and Attach Console Mast to Frame Assembly NOTICE: A lign the clips on the cable connectors and make sure the connectors lock. Do not crimp Console and Heart Rate Cables. Features The Console provides important information about your workout and lets you control the resistance levels while you exercise. The Console has a grid display with touch control buttons to navigate you through the exercise programs. The test compares your power output to your heart rate. As you become more fit, you will produce more power at a given heart rate.
