How to set the time zone (Selecting transmitting station) Time Zone Adjustment Function 1 Press and hold Button B until the second hand moves (for four seconds). The second hand starts to move, and then the watch enters the time zone adjustment mode. When a no movement state of the second hand is kept for ten seconds or more, the watch automatically switches to the time display state.
